How do I Apply for Coverage?

Open Enrollment for 2016 begins on November 1, 2015 and lasts until January 31, 2016.  Once Open Enrollment has ended you can still apply for an individual plan if you have a Qualifying Event.

You can review the Qualifying events and apply for coverage directly through RMHP by visiting, calling us at 800-453-2981 (option 4) or contacting your broker.
  • You can sign up for an employer-provided plan, if your employer offers a plan.
  • You can utilize Connect for Health Colorado to compare and purchase a new plan.
